MY VIDEO PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY INTERNSHIP

If I only had one word to describe my summer internship at Indresano Studios it would be busy. From day one I already felt like a member of the Indresano team.

We kept very busy this summer with multiple photo and video shoots. On set I got to learn about all the areas of video production and commercial photography.

One of my favorite things I got to do was help out an in-house casting session for a healthcare photo shoot. Over the course of several days, actors and models from all over New England came into the studio to audition for an in-house casting.

Since I was helping out with casting, I decided to audition for a role myself; and I even got cast! That was really exciting for me since it gave me experience being in front of the camera too.

Indresano Studios was a fantastic hands on experience that exposed me to so many aspects of the video production and commercial photography industry in Boston.

A LOOK BEHIND “THE SCENE”: PHOTOSHOOT WITH NEW ENGLAND PATRIOT, DANNY AMENDOLA

Before the Patriots season kicked off and took over everyone’s Sundays, the Indresano team had the opportunity to work on a two-day, multi-location shoot with fan-favorite Danny Amendola. While the final images are now published in a series in Scene magazine, we wanted to give you a look behind the ‘Scene’:

First up is getting the camera and lighting just right.

The overcast over Gillette stadium might look dreary, but it makes for great photography lighting!
