The only thing we love more than eating ice cream is shooting ice cream photography at our Boston commercial photography and video production studio. We don’t always love to share our ice cream, but we are more than happy to share our ice cream images 🙂
—
It was admittedly difficult not to eat every last scrumptious bite of this hot fudge brownie sundae, but somehow our ice cream photographer managed to hold back in time to get the shot :p
—
Our commercial photography studio specializes in creating editorial ice cream images. We love to make the creative fun ice cream flavors pop!
—
Editorial ice cream photography requires a lot of patience, creativity, and self-control to not eat the delicious desserts!

2020 was a year unlike any other in many ways, but especially at our Boston based video production and commercial photography studio. Take a look at just a few highlights from our studio’s video and photography projects in 2020!
Our video production crew traveled to a National Grid substation to film a customer storytelling video of Boston Dynamic’s incredible robot Spot in action. Check out the video below!
—
We used our expertise in product videos to create strong, chic, and informative product videos for Samsonite’s top of the line products.
—
The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic was undoubtably unexpected, but our team at Indresano Studios looks at every situation through a creative lens. Our dedicated Director and video crew spent multiple days in masks and PPE shooting the empty streets of Boston during the March and April 2020 city wide shutdown. As a full service Boston production studio, we felt inspired to document life in the city during the pandemic. We created the below Empty Streets video using our own footage and audio from Mayor Walsh.
Our Empty Streets video received tons of praise and was shared by Mayor Walsh on his social media accounts including instagram, facebook, and twitter.
—
Our production team kept busy throughout quarantine, adapted to the unprecedented times, and enforced strict social distancing and safety policies throughout the studio. Our team is endlessly thankful to all the health care workers who made it possible for us to continue working. We were able to work hard on a lot of remote photo and remote video shoots as well as many CGI projects like the Bose CGI video below.
—
Our in house CGI artists and creative team also created the below video for the Nike Mercurial Superfly 7.
—
Our team traveled to multiple locations in 2020 for different on location video shoots and on location photo shoots. One of our location shoots took place at a Boston hospital. This healthcare video shoot was a big success.
We kept our creative juices flowing and our taste buds satiated throughout the year with multiple ice cream photo shoots and ice cream video shoots. Check out a few of our favorite editorial ice cream shots below.
—
On top of all the major world events happening in 2020, it was also a U.S election year. Our creative team put our video skills to use to create a video encouraging people to get out and VOTE in the presidential election. We are happy we have the video tools, editing knowledge, and creative vision to help promote the vote.
2020 was a crazy and unprecedented year, but our production team at Indresano Studios has proven we can take on any challenge with creativity, composure and style. We cannot wait to see what 2021 has in store for us!

We put a fun editorial spin on our latest ice cream photography shoot. Take a look at some of the images below!

The number one rule of editorial ice cream photography is “the more crumbs, the better the sundae”. It’s that simple 😉
—
Our ice cream stylist did not hold back on the caramel topping for this ice cream sundae image.
—
Our talented creative team captured the perfect drip on this ice cream cone to create the most mouthwatering image!

Stranger Things have never happened at Indresano Studios with our ice cream photography before, but they sure tasted out of this world.
—
We hopped on board the U.S.S. Butterscotch and took an adventure into the land of Netflix’s Stranger Things and ice cream for our recent ice cream photo shoot.
—
Our Boston based studio was as cold as ice for this ice cream photo shoot, but that did not stop us from slurping a delicious Baskin Robbins Elevenade Freeze. Dangerously delicious.
—
Things got turned upside down with this Stranger Things themed sundae, but no one was calling Hopper to complain.
—
Thankfully, but unsurprisingly, Stranger Things star Eleven came to save the day and brought our Boston studio her Eleven’s Heaven ice cream treat
—
Of course we all had to take some ice cream home from our photo shoot to enjoy while binging Stranger Things season 3 🙂
—
To see more of our fantastical adventures in ice cream photography, check out our ice cream website at www.icecreamphotographer.com. Make sure you grab some Baskin Robbins ice cream when you binge Stranger Things 3 on Netflix, but remember, enjoy only if you dare 😉

We keep trying to satisfy our sweet tooth with ice cream photography, but we can never get enough. Check out images from our most recent ice cream photo shoot below!

If you have to get your daily serving of fruit, you might as well put it in ice cream 😉 It’s healthy and delicious.
—
Indulging in your favorite ice cream toppings has never been so easy.
—
This cherry jubilee ice cream scoop is melting quickly in the summer heat- better eat quick!
—
Nothing is more appetizing than an ice cream sundae with a bedazzled waffle cone bowl 🙂
—
We do not know how the ice cream stylist resisted eating this whole tray before we photographed it- talk about self-control!
—
You can never go wrong with a simple scoop of vanilla ice cream!

With the winter refusing to give up, we’re trying to move on and warm up to something more exciting than the snow. And what’s better than some melty ICE CREAM! Let that insatiable appetite for luscious flavors and creamy textures stimulate your imagination. You will forget the cold in no time when the sensations explode, popping like fireworks from your taste buds. Your brain will instantly fall in love, as all you can think about is “ICE CREAM!” You have just been ice-creamatized!
We created these animated GIFs to illustrate that exact point – the love for ice cream never ends.
With the beginning of 2017 upon us, it’s a good time to reflect on all the highlights and video and photo accomplishments of 2016. Here are just some of the exciting and rewarding projects we were able to work on throughout the past year.
—
The year started out with a trip to warmer climates for the first leg of an executive video interview series for a corporate client. Our team packed up as much of the video equipment as they could and headed off to San Diego!
The rest of the interviews took place in the snowy wonderland of Massachusetts. While the weather was a bit colder, the interviews were all just as warm and friendly, and the clients loved the final videos!
—
Next up was the completion of an ad campaign for a master’s program at Brown University. The high end photography was complimented by some explosive videography to push the program to the next level.
The video portion was very well received, and even won the agency, NAIL Communications, a Hatch Award towards the end of the year!
—
While the Boston Bruins season was in full swing, we released the exciting video of Tuukka Rask we started in 2015. His killer reflexes and crazy saves continued to excite and entertain us through the 2016 season!
—
Near the close of the winter, we worked with SCENE magazine to capture their Spring cover of Boston Police Commissioner William Evans. Working with the commissioner’s busy schedule, Michael and the team worked quickly to make sure the location and set up was just right. We LOVE how the final image looks on the cover of the magazine.
—
With the spring came new projects for new clients. The Wynn Casino opening in Everett needed a photographer to capture all the details of their 3-D model, and the Indresano team were just the ones to do it!
—
Before the football season got into full swing, we worked with SCENE magazine again to do a 2-day cover shoot with New England Patriots Wide Receiver Danny Amendola. We started with some shots in full (and partial) uniform at Gillette Stadium
The next day, Amendola came to the studio to show off his fashionable side. While he is a great asset to the Patriot’s team, he could certainly have a back up career as a model!
—
Fall was quickly here and the leaves began to fall. Our friends at Liberty Mutual took this as a time to partner with Medicine Wheel on a clean up of No Man’s Land. Our video production team captured the collaboration for all to see!
—
When Thanksgiving started to approach, we worked with the fun team at ’47 Brand to get some holiday-worthy images of their sports team apparel to share through the rest of the year to take us into 2017! It was a lot of moving pieces to coordinate, but in the end the results were more than worth it!
—
A theme throughout the 2016 year for us was ICE CREAM! As a Boston Food Photographer, we wanted to share several new GIFs and videos made throughout the year showing the many ways you can enjoy a frozen treat.
—
With so many exciting projects all packed into 1 year, we can’t wait to see what video and photography projects 2017 will have in store for us!
As a Boston Food Photographer studio, it’s no surprise we like ICE CREAM around here! Just take a look through our website indresano.com and you will notice we are obsessed with ice cream! Some people love cat videos, we LOVE ice cream. We photograph ice cream, we video ice cream. If the sun were a ginormous scoop of tiramisu gelato we would be a sunflower basking in its delicious ice creamy rays. And we would take the ice cream on exciting adventures too. Like this recent project where we made cool melty looks from a few of our favorite flavors.
Nothing looks more tasty than melting vanilla ice cream.
–
Except melting chocolate ice cream!
–
Imagine doing a double twister triple somersault dive straight into this scoop Olympic style?
 –
We are such enthusiasts, we even create our own homemade vanilla bean ice cream!
