CUMBERLAND FARMS – SURPRISES AROUND EVERY CORNER

Only three weeks into the new year and things are already “snowballing” here at the studio, so we wanted to share a the 3rd in a series of Cumberland Farms winter ads.  We had a lot of fun creating this shot on set, and hope the behind-the-scenes are as entertaining for you as the day was for us.

Our model gets up close and personal with a “snowball.”

CUMBERLAND FARMS: SURPRISE!

Last year we had so much fun shooting Cumberland Farms’ 2011 fall and winter campaign, so we were thrilled when we had the opportunity to do it again this year–but this time, with a fun twist: our Fall intern, Allie, was selected from the casting to be one of the models!

Here are the final posters, which are scheduled to appear this month in a Cumberland Farms store location near you:

Take a look behind-the-scenes of this creative and highly entertaining shoot:

Allie gets camera-ready in our wardrobe/hair & makeup room.  All of our models were professionally styled by Lisa Roche.

Jen and Caleb wrap colorful holiday lights around Allie on set, getting her ready for the shot.

Allie has a giggle as she is wrapped with lights like a tree; just some last minute make-up touch-ups and she raises a cup of coffee to kick off the shot sequences.  Cheers to an internship well done.  Now give us your best look of surprise!

Jen and Michael load on the props — now it’s Jamar’s turn on set!

Jamar practices his best look of surprise on set as Jen arranges the garland for the perfect shot.

WOW! WHAT A FUN SHOOT!

We like to have fun at the studio during shoots, but this day was an especially good time. The models did an awesome job getting into character and amazingly had tons of  great frames that it made it hard to edit down to just one. Check out the stop motion video of a few of the outtakes and see for yourself.
