Are you looking for great educational videos to help your kids succeed in school? Look no further!
Indresano Studios has been hard at work behind the scenes of our animated series, Natalia’s World, found on Youtube. This month we introduce the latest developments in the series, educational episodes for kids! While Natalia’s World has always catered towards educational content for your children, exploring morals and values, we have now extended into school curriculum, giving your children extra support with it comes to their studies.
The newest Natalia’s World episode delves into the United States of America and teaches children how many states there are, as well as where you can find them on a map.
Our in-house team covers all aspects of Natalia’s World. From our writers and animators, to our voice actors, editors, audio mixers, and more, we are a one-stop shop for every step of the process.
We currently have our second educational episode already in the works. Here’s a hint; it’s all about safety (shhhh)! Make sure you are subscribed to our channel to be kept in the loop! Be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay in touch with your favorite characters.
Educational videos can help your child stay engaged and help ease the difficulty of absorbing complex information. When video consumption for children is at an all-time high, make sure the content they are watching is worth it (and good for their minds)!

Zdeno Chara returned to TD Garden to announce his retirement from the NHL this month. Chara is planning on signing a one-day contract with the Boston Bruins on September 20th, officially retiring as a Bruin.
Indresano Studios had the pleasure of photographing Chara several times.
Chara scored 481 points in 1,023 games while playing for the Bruins.
Chara played 24 seasons in the National Hockey League and 14 with the Boston Bruins.
Zdeno Chara made a formal announcement on his Instagram account September 20th.
“I am honored to return to TD Garden today to sign a one-day contract with the Boston Bruins and officially finish my career with the team that has meant so much to me and my family” -Zdeno Chara
Indresano Studios has been working with the Boston Bruins since 2013. On the team’s 90th anniversary, we produced a video highlighting Zdeno and the rest of the Bruins.
Watch the video here:
We at Indresano Studios are huge fans of the Boston Bruins and are elated every time we get the opportunity to work with them.
Thank you, Boston Bruins, and thank you, Zdeno Chara, for 14 years as a Bruin!
What better way to combine our strong background in food photography and our skills in CGI than to produce a Donut CGI video? For this CGI animation, we wanted the audience to be taken into an imaginary world we created entirely from Computer Generated Imagery, which gives a nod to classic children’s wonderlands like Candyland or Willy Wonka.
Our decision to focus on donuts we can owe in part to our sugar cravings, but it also was an environment in which we could play with inclusions and complementary foods, similar to how we capture food photography environments on set.
Under our director’s vision, our talented CGI team sketched a storyboard that went through multiple revisions. Once the storyboard was approved, the team worked on an animatic based on 2D drawings which you can see below.
The music was also very important for this project and we wanted something that expressed childlike wonder. The song we ultimately settled on was both catchy and fun for both kids and adults. We know we couldn’t stop humming it during the workday!
The next steps after the animatic involved 3D modeling, lighting, rigging and texturing. You can see some stills from the environment as it started to come together. These stills are from before final texture was added.

Our team at Indresano Studios captured the empty Boston streets in quarantine and the Stay at Home Advisory during the COVID19 global pandemic. We created an Empty Streets video to document life in Boston during this unprecedented time and made sure to take the still images below as well.
—
The normally bustling Congress Street in Boston remains completely empty during quarantine in 2020.
—
Boston’s West End, a normally traffic heavy area, is completely isolated during the middle of a weekday in Boston.
—
In pre-COVID times, Boston’s iconic Zakim Bridge has a steady stream of cars. The Stay at Home Advisory in Boston in March and April of 2020 shows the Zakim Bridge empty.
—
Fort Point in Boston looks almost abandoned during quarantine.
—
Charles Street by the Boston Common looks eerily empty on this April day during the Pandemic.
—
Government Center is normally full of life and city dwellers enjoying the area, but everyone stayed inside during the Pandemic to flatten the curve and prevent the spread of COVID19.
—
The Government Center T Stop by City Hall is quiet and empty.
—
Castle Island in South Boston is normally full of runners, bicyclists, walkers, friends and families, but during COVID times, the South Boston hot spot is completely empty.
—
The Seaport area in Boston is completely empty during quarantine time.
—
Post Office Square in Boston’s financial district is completely void of people during quarantine.
—
Boston’s famous Newbury Street has never looked more deserted than it did during quarantine.

The 2020’s are here and we’re feeling nostalgic looking back on our fantastic Boston video production and Boston commercial photography projects in 2019. Take a look at our video and photo year in review below!
—
Cheers to the start of 2019 with an on location video shoot in Boston! We did everything for this video shoot from pre-production including in house casting, location scouting, creating the video storyboard, to shooting the video footage, and handling all aspects of post production like sourcing and managing the Voice Over artist and editing the final video.

If you’ve been to Indresano Studios, you know we love to create, produce, direct and edit high end and high quality videos in our Boston based studio. In the winter of 2019 we did just that with the below Chanel Ad video. Don’t enter into 2020 without giving it a watch!
Our Boston video production journey took us all over the city in March with the below documentary we created for the Pine Street Inn’s 50th anniversary in 2019. We highly recommend giving it a watch. It was without a doubt the most rewarding and eye-opening video production project we created this year.
—
We added colorful, playful and vibrant additions to our corporate persona photography and corporate persona video portfolios at Indresano Studios this year with a big photo and video campaign for a huge networking event. We shot both video and photo assets in April 2019 for the event in the Fall. Check out some of the final retouched images below!

We continued creating powerful videos in May 2019 for important non-profit organizations like Medicine Wheel. Our very own Michael Indresano was even named “Medicine Wheel Man of the Year” in 2019 for all his generous work with the program. You can see our video about Medicine Wheel’s Hand in Hand program below.
We had a successful lifestyle photography shoot in the studio in June 2019 for a rebranding of a popular healthcare company. We handled all aspects of this healthcare photo shoot from in house casting for over 25 models, sourcing wardrobe, organizing the shoot schedule to shooting and retouching the final images.
—
If you’ve ever been to our Boston based studio, you would know we are major dog lovers. Needless to say we were very excited when we had a product photo shoot with a dog model in the studio in the summer. 2019 is going to be hard to beat.
—
We created an emotional video interview for a corporate client in 2019. We shot the video on location and told the story of a breast cancer survivor. We were fortunate enough to interview the survivor herself, as well as her friends and family. The final video was played at an international company event in September.
—
We of course had many delicious food photo shoots and ice cream photo shoots in the studio with great clients. We love our clients 🙂
—
2019 was full of food photography, ice cream photography, food videos, interview videos, documentaries, and creative challenges and solutions. We are so grateful for an amazing year full of videos and photos. Keep checking our blog in 2020 for more fantastic projects! Indresano Studios is proud to announce that Medicine Wheel has named Michael Indresano as the 2019 Medicine Man of the Year. This prestigious award is meant to recognize a member of the community who has donated more than their fair share of time or resources to Medicine Wheel and aided in Medicine Wheel’s mission of promoting inclusion across all walks of life.
Michael served on the board of Medicine Wheel for 6 years, eventually being voted in as the chairman of the board.

—
The team at Indresano Studios has been honored to host multiple Medicine Wheel events and has had the pleasure of producing multiple promotional videos for Medicine Wheel to generate awareness of its Hand in Hand project.
Michael will be presented with the award at the 2019 “Turning The Wheel” event in Boston. For more information about the event or to purchase tickets, please visit www.mwponline.org.
The Indresano Studios team has partnered up with Medicine Wheel Productions to host Medicine Wheel’s “Hand in Hand” event, which aims to bridge the culture gap between some of Boston’s at-risk youth and the Boston Police Department. It is a full day of bonding activities, eventually culminating in a photoshoot at Indresano Studios!
—
In addition to hosting the photo shoot, the Indresano team is producing a short video for Medicine Wheel’s promotional purposes.
Hand In Hand brings together Boston Police officers and young adults, most of whom have had negative experiences with police in the past, to try to understand and accept their differences by embracing their similarities; namely their humanity, and common experience.
Medicine Wheel Hand in Hand – Hand Casting
—
Before the workshop began, our team interviewed a few of the young adults, as well as Medicine Wheel Director Michael Dowling and Director of Public Art and Advocacy Richard Dinsmore to learn a little more about what this program is and how it has helped the two communities become closer together.
—
Each young adult is paired with an officer, then the workshop begins with a meditation period. Following this, each participant writes an “I Am” poem about identity.

—
Partners then create a mold of their clasped hands, which is later turned into a bronzed cast. These hand-in-hand statues are then displayed at Medicine Wheel, and at any events that Medicine Wheel hosts.

—
After a short dinner, participants then head to Indresano Studios to get their portraits taken.

Thank you to Boston PD, and Medicine Wheel and the young adults of Medicine Wheel for letting us be a part of this important day! We’re excited to help spread the word about this amazing program.

In search of brick walls and iron bars, we at Indresano packed up a full studio’s worth of video equipment and brought it all to a stunning location in the heart of Boston.
—
Our heavy-hitting Sony F5 allowed us to capture this Lifestyle/Product video shoot in stunning 4K RAW. We used a very special ARRI lens to capture macro details in our client’s apparel at a phenomenal focusing distance of 3 inches!
—
After an extensive casting call, our client was thrilled with the performances that Kyrel (Maggie Inc.), Christian (Model Club), and Alicia (Dynasty) brought to the shoot.
—
The three of them had contagious energy that lasted through the entire day — not an easy feat for an all-day shoot!
—
Of course, our on-set producer was carefully documenting the day for posterity. Check out our Instagram for more sneak peeks from this shoot as well as others!
—
Our media pipeline allowed our client to preview and rate clips as the shoot progressed. This way, our editors were set to get down to business as soon as the media was ingested back at Indresano Studios.
