And walked they did! – all over Boston to four separate locations as we took it on the road with Timberland for a shoot featuring their latest style. As if that wasn’t enough, we brought our love for pyrotechnics out with us too. We created smoke and steam just to add a little urban flavor to the landscape.
Straight from the Tear Sheet.
Who would have thought that a public alley way could be used so creatively?
Even Officer Bobby got a little curious.
Our own special recipe for smoke (kids, don’t try this at home!)
You can say these boots are smokin’ 🙂
Dual purpose umbrellas – Mary Poppins would be jealous.
Yeah, that’s us back there.
A weekend spent working isn’t so bad when you get to stay in a mansion like this one! Our team spent days on location with the best crew and equipment to make sure we captured the breathtaking and magnificent essence of this home. Stay tuned for the final product, we are beyond excited to reveal it!
Final touches by makeup artist Julia on our model as the crew sets up
There’s nothing quite as beautiful as a 360 degree view of the ocean
Eric and Jack follow our model to capture not only her beautiful flowing dress but also the sound of her running through the grass
Our model Sherry Spinale from Maggie Inc. takes a break in between takes!
This infinity pool looked so inviting – even in the middle of November
A location like this calls for a drone

A perfect night for filming!
The library was gorgeous!
A beautiful sunset to wrap up day one!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Timberland on their new line of clothing and shoes for their “1 Piece, 3 Ways” microsite. With an incredibly talented team of wardrobe stylists and hair & makeup artists, and direction from a truly creative team at Timberland, we found countless ways to show off these great new products. Who doesn’t love a piece of clothing or footwear you can get 3+ completely different looks out of?
Here are our photos, as featured on Timberland‘s website (then keep scrolling down for some behind-the-scenes!):
Here are some behind-the-scenes photos from the multi-day shoot:
Our happy model is prepped by our talented stylists, Abby Beilagus (left) and Lori Green (right) of Ennis, before going on camera.
Wardrobe stylists choose the perfect combination of clothing pieces to accentuate each Timberland product.
Sly Anthony tries to sneak in a shot of Michael between takes — little did he know Michael was actually taking a photo of him!
As Michael prepares for the next shot, the client is able to view images in real time on our double computer screen and also tethered to the big screen. No matter where you are in the studio, you’re never far from viewing the images.
Clients are able to sit back and relax as they’re working hard in the comforts of the client area (complete with massage chair), watching their images come in on the big screen as the shoot goes smoothly in the shooting area.
Range Design called Michael to create a unique shot:
looking UP from inside a puddle!
It looks like a sunny day inside Indresano Studio.
This boot’s really strung up.
A lot goes into being a puddle-
Not a piece of equipment was spared.
It wasn’t easy for Michael to allow this much dirt in his studio,
but look how it paid off!
What happened to that beautiful weather?!?
Spring in New England,
one day of sunshine then seven days of rain!
We are ready for May flowers!
